Reservations/Fees
You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room, and the person reserving the room must be present when checking-in and staying on the premises.

To book for a guest or to purchase a gift certificate for someone please contact us directly to make arrangements.
​
Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is made in full.
There is a $100.00 per room or $300.00 per house damage deposit that will be refunded within 5 business days post check-out. Deposits will be returned to the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. Damages to the house that exceed the $100.oo per room or $300.00 per house deposit will be charged to the same form of payment.

Breakfast is provided by a local bakery Tuesday's - Saturday's only.

Check In/Out
Check-in: We offer the convivence of self check-in from 4:00 pm - 8:00pm. A code to access The Roney House will be provided by email thirty minuets before your scheduled check-in time.

Early check-in times will require advanced approval and scheduled with the owners. Access before 4pm is restricted with an access code. There may be an additional charge depending on the availability.

Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00am. Late check-out times will require advanced approval and scheduled with the owners. There may be an additional charge depending on the availability. Thank you for your cooperation.
Change/Cancellation
Once a reservation has been secured, any subsequent changes are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Due to the unique nature of our business, please understand that cancellations:
45 days prior to reservation will be charged 25% of the booking fee.
30 days prior to reservation will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
15 days prior to reservation will be charged in full despite the cancellation.

This cancellation policy is extended for all holidays, large groups and is otherwise subject to change without notice. Cancellations due to weather or other extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on an individual basis.
All cancellations need to be sent via email through contact us.
Pets/Service Animals
We love our family pets; however for the comfort of all our guests, we regret that pets are not allowed.
Services animals will be permitted, but please contact us directly before booking to ensure we are ready for your visit.
Children
At The Roney House we love families and those that include children. For safety reasons and for the comfort of our guests, only children age 12 or older can be accommodated.

Well behaved and SUPERVISED children are allowed only at EVENTS where exclusive use of The Roney House has been reserved (weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduation parties, ect.).
​
Safety is of the upmost concern, and children attending an event are to remain downstairs on the main floor. Children are not allowed upstairs, in any of the guest bedrooms or on either staircase.
Privacy
We at The Roney House understand the importance of privacy and protecting your information. The Roney House will only request your information when you book a reservation, sign up to receive emails, participate in a promotion, or submit information through the contact us form.
Providing theroneyhouse1883.com with your personal information for any reason listed above means you are granting theroneyhouse1883.com the permission to retain the information. Your personnel information will only be used by The Roney House. Theroneyhouse1883.com will only contact you if doing so is required to complete a service. Theroneyhouse1883.com is not responsible for other's privacy or data collectoin policy's once you leave this website.
